The application for the Horatio Alger Military Veterans Scholarship is now closed.

How can I make sure the Association has received my required documents?

If you have applied for the scholarship, you can view the status of your paperwork online by logging into your application. Due to the large amount of paperwork received, please allow up to a week for this information to be updated.

How will I be notified if I've received the scholarship?

After our selection committee has reviewed applications, the Association will notify recipient by email and postal mail. This process can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Those who are not selected will be notified by email only. Thank you for your patience in this process and the Association will be in contact with you soon!

If I've missed the deadline when can I apply for the scholarship again?

If you missed the deadline, another round will be opening in the next few months. Please check back in December for further details.
